After an extended period of beautiful autumn weather, we now have the opposite.  Even the extended forecast doesn’t look too good with the possibility of rain almost every day.  Yesterday wasn’t too bad with mostly cloudy skies but it was dry.  We received 0.11 in of rain overnight and radar is showing that it will probably be the order of the day.  Temperatures will continue to be below average over the next week but the fall colors are really starting to come out.  I’m hoping that we still see some warm days before winter.

Our 10:45 AM temperature is 52F (11C), the humidity is 94%, and winds are from the SSE at 2-9 mph.  The pressure is 29.46 in (997.6 mb) and falling.  Visibility is 10 miles and the dew point is 50F (10C).  Yesterday’s high was 64F (18C) and the overnight low was 48F (9C).  Average temps for this date are 67F / 47F.  Sunrise was at 7:33 AM and sunset will be at 7:17 PM.

      DURAND / OWOSSO FORECAST:

Today:  Showers likely.  High near 60F.  Winds W at 10-15 mph, gusting to 30 mph.  Chance of rain 70%.  Expected rainfall less than tenth of an inch.

Tonight:  Becoming partly cloudy.  Low 44F.  Winds W at 10-13 mph, gusting to 20 mph.

Thursday:  Partly sunny early then afternoon showers.  High 57F.  Winds W at 5-10 mph.  Chance of rain 70%.  Precip amounts less than tenth of an inch.
