      Does anyone know how many amps or volts are in a lightning bolt ?

      Lightning bolts can be 50,000 degrees F.

        thank you but i was looking for the actual voltage or amps in electrical measurements i know it varies thanks for your reply 50,000 degrees wow

      I’ve read from 500 to1000 million volts in a lightning bolt. Hair raising… 🙂

      I dont know how many volts there are in lightening,but I was struck indirectly and it definately got my attention! I was 7 at the time.
