She is 92 and took some earth science class at University in Germany after WW2 (she was studying music and needed a science class to graduate) and is therefore a self appointed expert in meteorology. After a life in Schenectady NY a few years ago she moved to a retirement home 3 hours east in Concord MA. She is obsessed with the clouds and is <convinced> they are completely different. I don’t mean weather patterns, I mean on any random day the clouds are totally unlike what they were in upstate NY. Her theory is she is now nearer to the ocean. I call total BS. I know topography does affect cloud formation and type, but all she did was move a little east but nowhere near the coast. So who is right?
